Important: These terms cover website use only. They do NOT govern the compliance services we provide to clients. Service relationships are governed by a separate written agreement (Service Agreement) entered into at the point of engagement.

Your communications with us

Emails, enquiries, and booking requests sent through the Site do not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when:

• We have completed your initial assessment
• Both parties sign a Service Agreement
• Any required fees have been agreed

Until then, no advice, representation, or service obligation exists.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• Information on the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any decision you make based on Site content alone
• We are not liable for any loss of business, profit, opportunity, or data arising from your use of the Site
• We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Site

Nothing in these terms limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
